day four

I really can't tell you to much today, because I am feeling so tired and just not my self. I just finished my first type of chemo this morning and now they have me doing another one. This one can cause the chills and fevers. I hope that the side effects don't get to bad. They are also starting me on my third chemo med tonight and that one will run for two days straight. I will be ending my first cycle on Saturday night ans can hopefully go home to be with my family.I Thank-you all for your support and following along with me on my battle against cancer.

    Hi TIna,

    I'm a friend of your Aunt Deb's (and of course Uncle Larry) I've been in her card making club for years. I know that I met you several times, once at a class and at a family party. I'm so glad to have this chance to be in contact with you. You are a very brave woman and you and your husband and beautiful children are in my prayers daily. As I watch the leaves on the trees change and die off, I'll visualize your cancer cells doing the same thing. Yes the winter is tough, but spring can bring a beautiful new life.

    Tina... here's my little jewel of wisdom... I once heard it said, "For every flower to bloom, alittle rain must fall... unfortunately a lot of fertilizer too!" You might not think of me as very religious or anything but I do believe in God and so all you need is faith and you will get through this.
